Canada Experience Class Immigration Program

Canadian Experience Class is an immigration program which has been designed keeping in view the workers who are temporarily allowed to work in Canada and who want to attain the permanent resident status in Canada. They are considered to be better immigration candidates than others. Since they have already worked in Canada and they have gained experience not only about working in Canada but also about Canadian society and culture, they are more likely to become an asset as a permanent resident. The temporary workers, while working in Canada, have enough resources and networking to help them in getting Canadian Experience Class visa.

In order to get Canadian Experience Class visa, you must fulfill certain conditions. You must have achieved the English proficiency levels as required buy the job profile. Further, you must have attend at least 12 months of skilled work experience in Canada. Canadian government asks for the proof of your work experience like tax and employment documents. The process is quite flexible and you may apply from within or outside Canada and also remain in Canada during the process. The only conditions are those mentioned in the foregoing paragraph. Canada experience class program deals with skilled work experience. It is an experience in jobs which are managerial (NOC skill type 0), professional (NOC skill type A) and technical and skilled trades (NOC skill type B). This type of experience may either be in a full time work or in a part time work which totals to at least 30 hours per week.
